"Petite Aquarelle" shwal, model created par Stéphanie Jefford
An easy shawl to make and which allows a beautiful discovery of lace knitting!
Here is our new design, a small shawl very easy and addictive!
It is knitted in 3.5 or 3.75 if you use a fingering type wool, a single skein is enough!…
Ideally, it is knitted with an Aquarelle, our degraded wool.
You can also use a skein of Kid Fluffy, our mohair and silk, in 4.5 maximum to succeed in reaching the end!
Of easy level, it is ideal to begin in lace knitting.
Material:
- Needle 3.75 mm / cable of 80 to 100 cm for a "dry" fingering wool (Aquarelle, Lucy, Méricel, Bambou&Lin, Tweedy, Quechua Alpaca ...)
- Needle 5 / cable of 80 to 100 cm if you knit a skein of Kid Fluffy or Polar.
- 400 meters of fingering yarn (or Kid Fluffy) If you have a shorter fingering (366 meters, for example), you will find an indication in the instructions to make one repeat less, and therefore a slightly smaller shawl…
