TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the www.unemaillealafois.com website.
All purchasers on the www.unemaillealafois.com website are deemed to have read and accepted in their entirety the general terms and conditions of sale below before validating their order.
Une Maille à La Fois reserves the right to modify these conditions from time to time. The conditions applicable to any order are those in force at the time the order is placed.
Delivery
The purchaser chooses the delivery method and clearly indicates the address or delivery point.
If the “Point Relais” option is chosen without the buyer specifying his preferred location, the nearest point to his address will automatically be selected.
Delivery to Metropolitan France, French Overseas Departments and Territories, European Union and International destinations.
After validation, orders are generally dispatched within 3 to 7 working days.
Prices
All UMALF products are subject to 20% VAT. Prices are given in euros and include VAT. They do not include shipping costs. These are calculated according to the number of items ordered and added when you validate your shopping basket.
As UMALF is subject to VAT, an invoice detailing VAT is systematically included with the shipment of goods.

Payment
Payments are made online by credit card and are fully secured through the Paypal or Monético platform. A Paypal account is not required; you can pay directly on the Paypal platform with your credit card.
You can also choose to pay by bank transfer or cheque. In both cases, your order will only be dispatched once the funds have been received for a bank transfer or cashed for a cheque.
The date of validation of the order corresponds to the date of payment by credit card online or receipt of funds on the UMALF account for payments by transfer and check.
Products remain the property of the www.unemaillealafois.com website until full payment has been received.
Returns
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting www.unemaillealafois.com.
Returned items must be in their original condition (in skeins and labelled), to enable them to be sold at a later date. Any item that does not meet these requirements will not be refunded or exchanged. There are no exchanges or refunds on PDF patterns.
Coiled skeins are not exchangeable.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. In the event of loss or damage to the returned package, we will not be able to reimburse the order and the buyer must make a claim directly with the carrier.
Confidentiality
Nominative information collected from purchasers is kept confidential by www.unemaillealafois.com, which undertakes not to communicate it to a third party.
Intellectual property rights
Any reproduction of photos on the www.unemaillealafois.com website is strictly forbidden.
